Notepadqq – a clone of the NotePad++ text editor for Windows. The project is based on the source code in Notepad++. Removed various dependencies API from Microsoft, for balancing GUI for Linux, written in Qt.
Notepadqq includes support for the most popular programming languages and markup and also supports the integration of new macros and plug-ins.
A graphical user interface Notepadqq, menus and functions are supported in Notepad++, so you should have no difficulties in using the “clone” for Linux.
Installation into Linux Mint:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:notepadqq-team/notepadqq
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install notepadqq
